The price per print plan is one of the ways Xerox just tries to lower the total cost of operation of your printer. The price per print plan is an agreement that packages supplies and service into a low rate monthly plan based on a set price per print. Pricing remains the same no matter how much coverage you use on a print. In other words, if you print a solid page full of color, you'd be charged no more than you would for a memo with a small color graph on it.
Supplies: All ink sticks and maintenance kits are included in the plan. Delivery is almost always next day air at no additional cost to you. Supply ordering can be done 24 hours 7 days a week. Xerox allows the stocking of 1 additional of each supply to ensure you're never down due to lack of supplies.
Service: Next business day onsite service with all parts and labor included. Xerox guarantees you will have a working printer for the length of the contract. If Xerox cannot repair the printer in a reasonable amount of time, they will replace it with a like machine.
Requirements: Price Per Print software must be installed on a Windows based PC on the same network as the printer. The software provides Xerox with the meter reading for automatic billing, and provides a convenient any time use interface for supply ordering. A credit card must be on file for payment. Terms can be given if a credit check is passed, and a credit card is on file.
