The printer is constructed with four printhead lenses. Clean all lenses as described in the following procedure.
CAUTION: Do not perform this procedure when the printer is copying or printing.

I did this process step by step but my copies are still coming out with vertical streaks :(
I did this process twice and still have the yellow streaks on my copies.
I did push the printhead lens cleaner back into the printer until it stop about 5 times for each. It still has the cyan streaks or smudge on the copies. What do I need to check or replace? Thanks
I have done all steps a few times and my color printed sheets still have the blue streak and the top and bottom. How do I fix this?
If you did this and still gets streaks... Look at the life on the drums, its very possible one of the drums is the colprit.. most likely a close to 0% one. Swapping the drums around (i.e R1 & R2, or R3 & R4.. you can switch any of them just don't do it a bunch of times) and then doing a few test prints *after it adjusts* (give it a few minutes). If the line is still there but in a different color, then you know you need to replace a drum (part number 013R00662). It is also possible in high volume printers it's the developer (typically leaves consistent white lines where the color should be), which if so, you'll likely need a certified rep because that is not an easy fix. Hopefully this information helps... good luck!
I recently replace the drums and this process solve my faded printing problem. Thanks
