Free Nationwide Service Program

You can now get free service when purchasing supplies through Xerographic Supply & Equipment for your Xerox machine.

 

Log in to our Xerox E-Concierge portal and register. You will receive an email verifying the account and username, and then shortly afterwards you will receive a link to the Supplies Assistant software. Install the Xerox Supplies Assistant software. Order 2 supplies for the machine you would like to get free service on. After 30 days of the software being active and the 2nd supply ordered, service will be provided to you at no cost. Parts, labor and travel included. Service lasts until you stop purchasing your supplies through the program, until Xerox determines the machine is no longer part of the program*, or until the software goes inactive.

 

 

Basic Instructions

Please signup and install the software from a PC that will be on the same network as the device you want to get the free service on.

 

1. Register at our E-Concierge Portal. Enter your desired User ID, enter a password, then retype your password. Select a security question and type in your security answer. Check the terms & conditions box once you've read them and then click Next to be taken to the download page. You will receive an email thanking you for signing up and verifying your user ID.

 

2. At the download supplies assistant page, select Mac, or Windows 7, XP, Vista. whichever describes the operating system you're using on the PC. Save the file to your Desktop or other place you can easily find it (it's about 45MB in size) and then double click to install the program once it's done downloading.

 

3. Use the login information you requested to log in to the software. The device will automatically search for your Xerox device. You will then be able to monitor your device, order supplies through the program, be kept alerted to supply levels, and get notification of when your reward (free service) comes due. Be sure to order 2 supplies at this point, as the free service doesn't kick in until you've purchased your 2nd supply for the machine you want free service on AND the software has been running continously for 30 days.

How quick is the service?

 

Supplies are shipped within 24 hours after they are ordered. Standard shipment is ground, which can be upgraded to overnight whenever it’s needed. Order status can be reviewed online, at any time.

 

Is the service secure?

 

Yes, the Supplies Assistant communicates with the printers over your network through SNMP and HTTP protocols. Supply orders are placed through SSL secure encrypted data transfer.

 

Is my information secure?

 

Yes, orders are placed via a secure server managed by Xerox.

 

 

What are the terms and conditions?

 

The eConcierge powered by Xerox service can be used any time without further obligation. However, in order to earn and maintain the extended service benefit on Xerox printers, the service must be used continuously without interruption. After 30 days and two consecutive supply orders for each individual Xerox printer, the extended service coverage for that printer begins.

 

How will I know when to order supplies?

 

You can choose to be notified by pop-up alerts and/or emails when printer supplies are low. Alerts are triggered when printer supplies are nearing low levels and again when they have reached low levels. A "low level" is based on settings determined by the manufacturer, however you can see for yourself the percentage of remaining life for each supply from the Supplies Assistant and decide whether or not it’s time to place an order.

 

How do I know what to order?

 

Don’t worry about tracking down printer model numbers or individual part numbers for refills. The Supplies Assistant handles all of that. Just select the printer you want, to see a list of the correct supplies. If a printer has standard and high-capacity supplies, both options are listed.

 

How do I track order status?

Are my supplies always in stock?

 

Yes, orders are fulfilled through distribution. Inventory levels of most SKUs are stocked in bulk, so whatever you need is virtually always on-hand, ready to ship.

*Xerox will continue to provide free extended service coverage, over the normal supported life of that Xerox product as long as you continue placing your supplies orders through the Xerox eConcierge service. The coverage is the same as that provided when the device was originally shipped—quick exchange, depot repair or onsite. Eligible products include all of the Xerox printers and MFPs noted above. Xerox reserves the right to discontinue the service reward for a specific model at any time.
