Welcome to Xerographic Supply & Equipment's Service Center

 

Due to the demand of some of our customers, we're in the process of adding some online features to make your experience with us as simple and convenient as possible. In the near future you'll be able to log in here and create a service call, submit your meter reading, and check the status of your service call.

 

For now please use the form below to request service if you are within 65 miles of the Jacksonville FL area. The service center in Jacksonville has trained extensively with Xerox, Panasonic, Copystar, and Riso to provide service on most of their models of machines.

 

Billable call rates (rates are for labor and travel only, parts are not included):

 

0-15 miles of 5151 Sunbeam Rd: $195 for the first hour with a 1 hour minimum. $60 per 15 minutes afterward.

 

16-30 miles from 5151 Sunbeam Rd: $220 for the first hour with a 1 hour minimum. $75 per 15 minutes afterward.

 

31-45 miles from 5151 Sunbeam Rd: $295 for the first hour with a 1 hour minimum. $100 per 15 minutes afterward.

 

46-65 miles from 5151 Sunbeam Rd: $450 for the first hour with a 1 hour minimum. $125 per 15 minutes afterward.

 

 

 

On older model machines that are designated at end of life by their manufacturers, we may be unlikely to find parts, or if we can find them, get them in a reasonable time frame. If we are able to get the parts, most times they will be from 3rd party manufacturers who's reliability we may not be able to guarantee.

 

On newer model machines actively supported by the manufacturer, we gladly guarantee our work. If the same problem reoccurs we will come back out to continue troubleshooting at no additional charge for labor or travel (additional parts are still your responsibility unless the part you purchased was defective, in which case we'll get with the manufacturer to send us another one to install).

All billable service calls are COD. If paying by check, the amount will be for the first hour minimum charge and the check needs to be made out to Xerographic Supply & Equipment Inc. If you prefer to pay by credit card, your card will be charged for the first hour minimum fee. Please fill out the form below this if interested in credit card payment.
