Xerographic Supply offers a simple program that combines all supplies for your new machine with a on-site service contract. This new price per print program (PPP) allows you to print at a set cost with all supplies (TONER, IMAGING UNITS, FUSER, BELT CLEANER ASSEMBLY, WASTE CTG & TRANSFER ROLL, Etc.) included along with a complete on-site maintenance program (Parts, Labor and Travel). Under this new program you will only need to provide the paper or media and Xerox will provide everything else. All supplies are order from Xerox direct via the internet. Your supplies will ship overnight at no additional expense to you. You can stock you shelves and only be billed for supplies that you use when you use them. Service and billing will come from the Xerox local service center which is Xerographic Supply. The Price Per Print program also carries an iron clad guarantee which simple states that you will have a functional printer for the term of the price per print agreement. If the machine is in need of repair you will give our Xerox trained technical staff ample time to repair. In the unlikely event that the repairs are unsuccessful, Xerox will replace the machine at no cost to you.
