This program allows you to set a fixed cost per printed page by wrapping supplies and service into a monthly billing. Unlimited service and supplies are available to your company for the term of this agreement. You are billed for images you print or copy not for the amount of supplies or service you require. This will allow you to focus on the printing you need when you need it! Easy online supply ordering with overnight delivery to your location. Our operational guarantee assures you that your machine will be operating to specification or we will replace it with the same machine or upgraded machine at no cost to you. Parts & Labor Service Contract (P&L)
We offer a Parts & Labor only service contract. No supplies included. These contracts cover parts and labor and travel, no supplies included. Our technicians are factory trained on a variety of makes and models. Fill out the form below with your model, machine, page count and the location of the machine and our service staff will be happy to provide you with a quote. Contracts are available in annual and multi year terms.
Billable Service Call (Per Call or Per Incident)
Repair work to your machine is billed out on a per call or per incident basis. Billing is provided in 15 minute increments with a one hour minimum. Our technicians are trained in a large variety of machines from small Xerox stand alone copy machines up to wide format Kip scanners and plotters. Rates vary due to location and machine type so please include this information when filling out the field below.
